Modere Trim Review – Everything You Need to Know
Introduction
While it might be tempting to try losing weight through a new diet alone, it’s not always the most efficient use of your time. For all the bad press they might get, there are plenty of weight loss supplements that you can use to make things a little easier without feeling like you’re pumping your body full of risky substances and dangerous chemicals. One such supplement is Modere Trim, an organic mixture that’s marketed as a reliable and healthy way to lose excess fat.
What is it?
Modere Trim is a very simple formula – it only has two major ingredients, and doesn’t pad itself out with extra energy boosters or metabolism enhancers.
It comes in a powdered form that you can mix into other drinks or bottles of water, with three pre-defined flavors: Vanilla, Lemon and Coconut Lime. All three use the same basic ingredients, and just have different flavoring.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid
Although it’s not been fully researched yet, Conjugated Linoleic Acid seems to be able to reduce the amount of fat your body will store, as well as slightly increasing the amount that you’ll burn during exercise. However, since there’s no full consensus yet, it’s unknown exactly how powerful this effect will be, if it’s even present at all.
There’s also been evidence of it helping prevent cancer, and may be able to have some kind of effect with insulin control, but neither of these have been fully tested yet.
Liquid Biocell
Liquid Biocell is a creation of Modere itself (they even sell it as its own product), and is primarily made of Chicken Sternal Cartilage extract. This meant that it’s obviously not suitable for vegetarians, but the company claims that it’s able to help with skin health, aging, joint activity, muscle tone and recovery, physical performance, stamina and a range of other factors and issues.
The product has won multiple awards in various different counties, so it seems safe to say that it lives up to this marketing, despite there being little to no records of clinical testing available online.
Overall, a standard bottle of the mixture only provides sixty calories per serving (i.e. one tablespoon), with no sugar and the majority of its composition being fat (a mere five grams).
How does it work?
If you’ve heard of Modere before, you may have heard of the Modere M3 body system, which was essentially a combination of some of their products along with a special set of diet rules. Modere Trim has been used in this system before, and explain ns why it’s so heavily focused on a particular purpose, since all of the products were designed to tackle a different issue.
Modere Trim is designed to provide a big boost to your fat metabolism, meaning that it gets used up faster and burns away quicker while still being a completely natural process. To stop this from causing you to build up fat faster, the formula also blocks and slows down the process of your cells storing fat, meaning that the food you eat will become fuel rather than just becoming more fat and undoing all your hard work.
On top of this, the mixture is also meant to help your body stay more toned, helping your skin tighten around your muscles and stopping it from looking saggy (to an extent), as well as proving more “general” benefits like healthier joints and healthier nails, gums and hair.
Since some of these benefits are supposed to come from Conjugated Linoleic Acid, it’s not clear exactly how many of them may or may not work under certain circumstances, since the research is still inconclusive.
Some people have also reported that it reduces bloating, although it’s unknown if this is just in very specific instances, or as a result of something else.
Taking the supplement is simple – you just mix it into another drink, with one teaspoon being a single serving/dose.
Is it safe?
Since Modere Trim only really has two main ingredients, there’s a very limited list of possible side effects, not counting those caused by allergies or intolerances you might have, and they can easily be avoided by simply reducing the dosage or mixing it in with a greater amount of water (or another drink) before taking it.
The known side effects are all from the Conjugated Linoleic Acid, with the most notable being nausea. However, it can also cause mild stomach aches and upsets, as well as backaches and periods of fatigue.
The fact that there’s no caffeine or similar stimulants in the formula means that you won’t run the risk of stimulant-related problems if you overdose, although it can still be harmful to your health if handled badly.
The recommended dosage is one tablespoon per day – this obviously isn’t a consistent unit of measurement, so it might be a good idea to try and judge how much you’re taking, since it’s easy to overload a tablespoon without technically spilling over into “two teaspoons”-worth of a powder.
It’s also safe to use alongside most other Modere products, such as Modere Burn, as well as any Modere diet plans you might be using. It may also be compatible with other, similar products from other companies, although this isn’t guaranteed since there’s no telling how the ingredients might interact with one another.
As mentioned earlier, allergies can still be a huge problem, although the lack of many ingredients makes it much less likely that your body will have an issue with handling them. It’s also not suitable for vegetarians and vegans, due to the chicken cartilage it uses.
Who should take it?
Since Modere Trim Is still using ingredients that haven’t been fully tested yet, it’s difficult to know exactly where its limitations lie. However, it’s definitely less powerful than some more “extreme” products, both my Modere and other companies – although this isn’t always a negative thing. In fact, the two-ingredient formula and simple, easy-to-take powdered form make it a great choice for people who are just starting out in the world of supplements, or for people who don’t want to deal with brands that focus more on heavily synthesized chemicals compacted into pills, tablets, and capsules.
The relatively high price tag (around $100 per bottle, albeit said bottles last for an entire month, if not longer) and its experimental nature mean that it’s definitely not something for completely new, first-time users to try, though. It’s more of a middle ground between extremely complex and oversimplified supplements, being easy and convenient to take while still aiming to do more than just boost your energy with sugar and caffeine.
There aren’t that many supplements that manage to use the powdered form to their advantage, but Modere has made Modere Trim much easier to use because of it, allowing you to adjust the dosage properly and spread it out over longer amounts of time. This meant that new users can start using a lower-than-normal dosage to see how their body reacts, whereas people who don’t have much free time to exercise can split a single dose into two or more different sessions.
Where can I buy it?
Aside from Modere’s own website, their products are sometimes also sold through third-party sites like Amazon. However, since they’re quite a popular brand, it’s likely that another company try to re-sell their products through their own sites – if you want to be sure that you’re getting the product you’re paying for, you should either use their official site, or their official listings on Amazon.
This also makes it easier to get your money back if there’s an issue with the delivery, which can make a big difference when you consider how relatively high the product’s price is in large amounts.
Final Summary
While Modere Trim isn’t the most powerful or efficient weight loss supplement on the market, it’s definitely one of the most straightforward, using a very convenient powdered form and a simple, two-ingredient system that avoids many of the problems more complex supplements run into.
Not only that, but since it’s mostly focused around things like your metabolism, it’s much safer than pills and capsules that focus on giving you more energy, even if you take more than one dose in a single day.
Although some of the marketed benefits haven’t been fully proven yet, there are very few negative side effects. As long as you’re exercising and actually putting in the effort to make a change (possibly including a new diet), you’ll definitely notice Modere Trim helping you lose weight over time.
