Introduction

Supplements can be a risky market to navigate, and there’s always a chance that you’ll buy a product that doesn’t live up to its advertising or ends up harming you more than it helps. If you’ve just stumbled across Pure Testo Blast for the first time, you might be on the fence about whether or not I’ll be worth trying for yourself.

So, does Testo Blast live up to its claims?

What is it?

Pure Testo Blast is marketed as a testosterone booster, acting as an extra way to bulk up your testosterone levels, as well as being a health aid for people who want to correct certain problems caused by low testosterone levels. The company claims that its all-natural, meaning that it’s generally safer than most artificial boosters. It’s also useful as an indirect energy booster, although that’s only because of the ingredients it uses.

These supplements come in small capsules, with each large tub holding six. Each capsule contains around 400 milligrams of Tongkat Ali, 250 milligrams of Maca (and L-Arginine) and 125 of Ginseng Blend, with the overall proprietary blend being 745 milligrams of various powders and natural chemicals. However, the recipe does contain traces of oyster, which can make it unsafe for people with shellfish allergies to take.

Thankfully, since its safe enough to be treated like an over-the-counter product, you won’t need to get any kind of prescription or sign any special forms: you can just buy them directly.

How does it work?

The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules per day, with an additional one before exercising if you feel it’s necessary: this means that a full container will last roughly 20-30 days if used consistently. Like a lot of supplements, you shouldn’t take them if you have certain health issues (things like heart disease and high blood pressure), or if you’re under eighteen years of age.

These capsules break apart and slowly release their formula into your body, giving you a long-term boost to your testosterone and promoting higher levels of strength and energy, as well as muscle growth. There’s nothing else you need to do to activate them – as long as they’ve been taken at least thirty minutes before you start a workout or exercise routine, they’ll boost your body’s performance almost flawlessly.

Does it actually work?

Testosterone is a tricky thing, and it’s responsible for a lot of different functions and natural occurrences within our bodies. Technically, Pure Testo Blast doesn’t do much directly, but it subtly adds more testosterone to your body, which triggers a whole range of special reactions and physical responses.

For a start, you’ll notice higher energy levels – a side-effect of having extra testosterone in your system. This energy makes it much easier to exercise for longer, especially if getting tired or fatigued is the main reason why you often have to cut workouts short. This will also lead to a much faster recovery time during breaks between workouts, letting you fit more exercise into the day without having to rely on caffeine or other energy-boosting foods and drinks.

Having higher testosterone also makes it easier to build up muscle mass in the long-term, as well as speeding up your muscle repair rate slightly to ensure that you won’t be feeling extremely sore later on. In some cases, it might even help with weight loss, since you’ll be burning more calories to keep your muscles fuelled.

There’s also the natural increase in libido and sexual appetite, although this shouldn’t be the only reason you take the supplements. Increased testosterone can result in better sexual health in the long-term, but this varies from person to person, especially if you already have a lot of testosterone to begin with.

Some of the extra ingredients in the formula are also intended to help with general health, and not just testosterone production – things that help fight off muscle fatigue and wake your body up a little more, for example.

Should I use it?

Like most testosterone boosters, the only disadvantages could come from the ingredients. Thankfully, since Pure Testo Blast is almost entirely organic, you’ll only struggle with it if you have an allergy or intolerance that it could trigger. While it’s not as “instant” as certain steroids or artificial energy supplements, the extra physical power Testo Blast gives you can make a tough workout much easier and more rewarding, not to mention a great confidence booster in the long run.

If you’re looking for an easy and natural way to build up your testosterone, Pure Testo Blast seems like a great solution that won’t lead to health issues further down the line.
